Photo Fun
Matt[0] has put up a gallery of some excellent pictures from his travels. Matt is a better photographer than me, but this gallery is notable not only for the quality images, but for the slick design as well.
Geek note: Matt wrote a sweet script that translates the page source into a nicely formatted, contextually colored html page for easy viewing. Click the "source" link to see it in action.
Want to start buiding a portfolio of your own? If you plan to go the digital route, here's a tutorial on digital photography from Digital Web Magazine. Great explanation of a basic technique to use Photoshop to make scanned images look more like the original prints.

hey dan, thanks for the mention on your page!
but, your other link, it is out of date - it now
points to a tutorial on SVG. it claims it's "the
new flash", whatever that means. is that like when
i say brown is "the new black"?
anyway here is a fixed link to the digital
photography article. looks neat - i'm going to
try out some of his tricks!
