Enjoy the Silence
Summer has been good, but not at all as I planned it. I probably won't post anything else until I get back to D.C. in about a week. After that, I might finally attempt to revive this lifeless web page.
Until then, check out my friends' web sites (how very 1999!):
+ Matthew Pearson's Everyday Photography. This Matt, like another Matt, takes a lot of pictures. Each posts one every day: Matt Pearson's Everyday Photography. Matt Haughey's 10 Years of My Life. I lack the discipline and talent. Matts don't, so check it out. I only actually know one of these two, but the other one started MetaFilter, which is sweet, and he generally appears to be a decent guy.
+ Joe & Ben's TVGasm for all the latest boob tube news. I meant to link to it a while ago, but don't post very much these days. Back then, I'd have been giving them a much needed boost when one of my 8 readers clicked. Now they get links from Defamer and Fleshbot, so they don't need this promo from the likes of me. It's a fun read if you watch too much TV, especially of the "reality" variety.

1. You don't post a new pic every day. Or I check your site more than once per day, so I see the same pic twice and think you're lazy.
2. You've had a link here since the very first post.

God's Plan of Salvation
The Bible says there is only one way to Heaven
Jesus said: "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me." (John 14:6)
Good works cannot save you.
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)
God is one, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who are infinite in glory, wisdom, holiness, justice, power and love.
Jesus Christ is true man and God, who in His incarnation was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin, Mary. In His earthly ministry He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. By the power of God, He was raised from the dead in the same body now glorified. He ascended into Heaven where, at the right hand of God, He continually makes intercession for us.
The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son; regenerates the believing sinner; indwells, guides, instructs and empowers the believer for Godly living and service; comforts the children of God. The Holy Spirit guides and gives power to the church, the body of Christ, to fulfill the Great Commission, and convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment.
Man was created in the image and likeness of God; but through the sin of Adam, man fell into sin and is, therefore, lost apart from Christ. Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Salvation is the gift of God and includes the forgiveness of sins, the imputation of the Righteousness of Jesus Christ, and the gift of eternal life. Union with the triune God provides all blessings in this life and the life hereafter. Salvation is received by faith alone, apart from all good works and merit.
The church is composed of all those regenerated by the Spirit of God by whom they have been baptized into one body of whom Christ is the head. The purpose of the church is to witness concerning Jesus Christ according to the Scriptures, and to preach the Gospel among all nations.
Jesus Christ will come again to receive unto Himself those who believe in Him, that where He is, they may be also. He will come again personally and visibly to establish His kingdom.
The resurrection of the believers will be unto eternal glory, and the resurrection of the unbelievers will be unto eternal punishment. God Bless.
